Shipping

To return your order or parts of it, follow these steps:

Email us : support@calmleg.store and inform us that you want to return the order or parts of it.
Request approval : Please ask our customer service if we can accept the return. Please note that the return address provided is not listed on our website.
Prepare the package : If the return is accepted within the allowed time frame, pack the product securely in the original packaging.
Send the package : Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
Enter tracking information : Send the tracking code to our customer service via email. This step is very important, without doing so we cannot give you any refund!!!
Get your refund : Once we have received and inspected your package within 3 days of receipt, we will refund the returned products using the original payment method.

Non-returnable products

Please note that products that meet any of the following conditions cannot be returned:

Pre-ordered products.
Products that are severely damaged or misused.

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact us at support@calmleg.store.

If the mistake was made by us, we will make sure you receive a free replacement product at no extra cost!

Simply contact us by phone at +46 8 559 22 410 between 9am and 5pm EST or email us at support@calmleg.store. Our dedicated support team will immediately resolve the issue and arrange a replacement product for you.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, it is important that you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. To report the issue, please email us at support@calmleg.store with a photo of the damaged item. For best results, take the photos on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible.

In case of serious problems, we will guide you through the next steps based on the information you provide. For defective goods, we always send a new package free of charge the first time. If the defect occurs again, we will refund the full purchase price.

Returns and exchanges

To track your order with Calmleg, simply enter the tracking number we have provided on our site. Please note that it may take 1-6 business days for the status of your order to appear after you receive your tracking number.

Due to high call volume, you may need to leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to help you track your order efficiently.

If you have accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, please email us at support@calmleg.store as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to correct the error afterwards.

Our team at Calmleg works diligently to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. However, due to high demand, delivery times may be longer in some locations. Typically, your order should arrive within 8-15 days after we receive your payment.

It may take up to 6 days for the tracking to update, but that doesn't mean it hasn't been shipped yet. It may be on its way to you, sometimes there may just be delays in the tracking.

Upper material : We use premium polyester for the upper of our barefoot shoes, ensuring durability and a comfortable fit.
Sole material : The soles are made of organic rubber, which provides excellent grip and flexibility.
Winter shoes : Our winter versions feature the same organic rubber soles for good grip, with an inner lining made of a special insole material that combines EVA and cotton. This ensures extra insulation and warmth during colder seasons.

Just like a good workout, wearing Calmleg shoes daily for up to 30 days will transform your walking experience.

Our design team, marketing team, and product launch team are based in Canada and the United States.

Our manufacturer is located in China, please do not attribute a negative characteristic to being made in China.

We've received fantastic feedback on our product, and if you don't like it, we have a forgiving return policy, so you don't really have much risk...

We accept the old-fashioned payment methods, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) and debit cards that can be used for online transactions. We also offer Afterpay and Paypal. If you are a little more tech-savvy, we also offer GooglePay and ApplePay!
