How do I return my order?
To return your order or parts of it, follow these steps:
- Email us : support@calmleg.store and inform us that you want to return the order or parts of it.
- Request approval : Please ask our customer service if we can accept the return. Please note that the return address provided is not listed on our website.
- Prepare the package : If the return is accepted within the allowed time frame, pack the product securely in the original packaging.
- Send the package : Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
- Enter tracking information : Send the tracking code to our customer service via email. This step is very important, without doing so we cannot give you any refund!!!
- Get your refund : Once we have received and inspected your package within 3 days of receipt, we will refund the returned products using the original payment method.
Non-returnable products
Please note that products that meet any of the following conditions cannot be returned:
- Pre-ordered products.
- Products that are severely damaged or misused.

Order cancellation time frame
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact us at support@calmleg.store.
I have received the wrong size, what should I do?
If the mistake was made by us, we will make sure you receive a free replacement product at no extra cost!
Simply contact us by phone at +46 8 559 22 410 between 9am and 5pm EST or email us at support@calmleg.store. Our dedicated support team will immediately resolve the issue and arrange a replacement product for you.
What happens if the product arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, it is important that you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. To report the issue, please email us at support@calmleg.store with a photo of the damaged item. For best results, take the photos on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible.
In case of serious problems, we will guide you through the next steps based on the information you provide. For defective goods, we always send a new package free of charge the first time. If the defect occurs again, we will refund the full purchase price.
